Ladies, if you’ve never had the confidence to venture into the Free Weights Room, but have always wanted to – now’s your chance!

‘Ladies Who Lift’ is designed for you. This women-only group class will teach you everything you need to know to lift weights confidently.

You will gain strength, make new friends and enjoy seeing what your body is really capable of.

No previous experience is necessary; we welcome beginners and we’re excited to help you get stronger!
