Fitness Suite
The Fitness Suite is equipped with a full range of Life Fitness cardio and resistance kit, plus Schwinn Rowing ergos.
There are a total of 40 stations including ample floor space available for stretching and floor exercises.
Qualified Fitness Instructors are available to either guide members through a structured training programme or to support, guide and motivate more experienced users.
A complimentary one-hour induction is provided for all new members.
Personal Trainers are also available for those who need a little extra help.
