Swimming Instructor

I am a level two Swimming Instructor and have been teaching swimming since 2000. All of my swimming work is based around the Dulwich area, in the pool at Dulwich College Sports Club which really has become my second home.

Being the PE Coordinator at a local infant’s school, my experience with the youngest children of all types of ability and character is vast. The youngest age range I teach is 3 years old going right up to retirement age. Specialising in children’s lessons though, whether for non-swimmers to give them confidence, or squad swimmers to reinforce technique or build up speed and stamina, my philosophy is “When they are ready they will do it!”. It is just up to us as teachers and parents to let them know that they are ready!
